The meaning journey
Three weeks from what matters to actually living and contributing in line with it.
How it works
One exercise, session or article per day for 21 days. You go at your own pace — the app remembers where you are, and you can pause and restart whenever you want.
Day by day
- 14 minSelf-assessmentHow is meaning doing?Four scales that split meaning into its parts (coherence, direction and mattering), plus the search for it.
- 22 minArticleMeaning is not an answer you find, but a direction you chooseThe question of life's meaning sounds so big that it can paralyze. But meaning is rarely hidden in the big things. It is built in the small, again and again.
- 320 minExerciseValues exerciseList ten things that feel important, narrow them to five core values, and see where your everyday life already lives by them.
- 415 minExerciseThe ikigai mapMap where what you love, what you are good at and what someone needs overlap. Not to find a magic answer, but to see where it is worth digging.
- 58 minExerciseThe me without the titleTwo thought experiments that strip away roles and titles, one at a time, until what remains becomes clearer
- 618 minExerciseThe life storyYou already carry a story about who you are. It has simply written itself. Here you read it, find the turning points, and choose how the next chapter begins.
- 75 minStoryGeorg and the benchWhen the calendar empties, meaning rarely comes back as a project — more often as a bench, a question and a name.

Rationality in practice
Three weeks of rationality applied to real life choices, as a complement to the Foundations of Thinking course. Week one you see yourself more clearly, week two you test assumptions and values, week three you apply it to money, habits and work.

Relationships that last
Three weeks with what research actually shows holds a couple or a friendship together: the pattern you bring into love, the art of conversation, the rules of a quarrel, and the way back after one. Not grand gestures, but the habits that make someone stay.

Foundations of thinking
Three weeks with the rational craft. Week one you learn to see: putting feelings into words, recognizing thinking traps, gathering worry in one place. Week two you test: is the thought true, what do you see from a distance, can it stand daylight, what does the decision look like with perspective? Week three you use: anger as information, a hard decision made clear, more of what actually works. You rate your stress on day two and day twenty-one.
