Foundations of thinking
Three weeks with the rational craft. Week one you learn to see: putting feelings into words, recognizing thinking traps, gathering worry in one place. Week two you test: is the thought true, what do you see from a distance, can it stand daylight, what does the decision look like with perspective? Week three you use: anger as information, a hard decision made clear, more of what actually works. You rate your stress on day two and day twenty-one.
How it works
One exercise, session or article per day for 21 days. You go at your own pace — the app remembers where you are, and you can pause and restart whenever you want.
Day by day
- 12 minArticleFeelings are weather, not climateA hard feeling often feels like a verdict on who you are. Usually it is something much less dramatic: information passing through.
- 25 minSelf-assessmentYour stress level right nowFive questions that make a diffuse stress measurable — and point to where you can start.
- 310 minExerciseName itFrom a vague "bad" to precise words, and notice how the grip loosens.
- 411 minExerciseThe thinking trapsTake a painful automatic thought, see what distortion it carries — and write a truer version.
- 58 minToolThe worry logA standing tool: catch the worry when it comes, sort out what you can influence, and park the rest for a set time instead of ruminating all day.
- 67 minExerciseThe physiological sighA quick tool for stress: two inhales and a long exhale that settles the body within a minute.
- 75 minStorySara and the waveThe math of panic: what happened when Sara stopped running from the wave and started counting it instead.

Well-being coach: six weeks with the book
Thirty days from the book Välmåendecoach by Mikael Glännström, from why you are here to daring to be yourself. Six themes: direction, suffering and acceptance, thoughts and perspective, courage, you and others, and presence. Each day begins with a text from the book and continues with that chapter's exercise. Five days a week is enough; a day you miss will be waiting for you.

Psychological well-being: complete self-help program
Ninety-one days through the whole craft: the longest and most complete program in the library. Thirteen weekly themes, each standing on its own: you map where you are, teach the body calm, build habits with a motor, see and test your thoughts, work on your self-image, your emotions, forgiveness, relationships and your own independence, and land in meaning, direction and a plan that holds. You measure along the way (stress, energy, self-esteem, self-compassion, anger and relationships) so you can see what has moved. Missed days are part of the plan, not a failure: the chain is measured in weeks, not perfect days.
