Terms of use

The Wellbeing Hexagon is a measurement instrument under development. Your score describes your own profile over time — it is not normed, not clinically validated, and not diagnostic. A low score is not a disease, and a high score does not rule out mental health issues. Compare it with yourself over time, not with other people and not with a threshold.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Processing of health-related information relies on your own explicit consent, and 16 is the limit we set for such consent to be meaningful. If we learn an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.

For payment services, the age is 18. A subscription is a contract, and minors typically cannot enter into a contract without parental consent. Comdira is currently free; when payment is introduced, that limit will apply from the start.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what is done from your account. The account is personal.

Use Comdira for your own personal development. You may not attempt to access others' information, bypass technical restrictions, scrape content automatically, or use the service in a way that disrupts operations for others.

We may shut down an account that is used in violation of these terms. If this happens, you will be told why, and you can get your data according to data portability in the  privacy policy.

Exercises, articles, programs and questionnaires in Comdira are protected by copyright and may be used for personal use. They are based on established psychological literature and research, but are popular summaries — not scientific sources, and not always reflective of the latest state of research.

What you write yourself in the app is yours. We make no claim to your journal entries, your answers, or your logs.

How information is collected, used, stored and deleted is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms. It also describes what applies if you choose to let your answers be used in the development of the measurement instrument — this is a separate, voluntary consent that you can withdraw.

Comdira is provided as-is. We strive to keep the service available and the content accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and may need to take the service down for maintenance or change content.

Our liability is limited to what follows from mandatory law. We are not liable for indirect damages — such as lost profits, lost time, or lost data — nor for decisions you make based on content in the app. This limitation does not apply to personal injury, or to damage caused by gross negligence or intent.

These terms may need to change as the service develops. For material changes — for example when payment is introduced — you will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this version came into effect.

You can terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account on the Me page. Your information will then be deleted according to the privacy policy.

Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you can also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (arn.se).
