Worry has a habit of spreading across the whole day: a little on the bus, a little in the line, a little just as you're trying to fall asleep. Before we can postpone it, we need to see it. What is spinning right now?

Exercise in 5 steps, about 10 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

The evidence

Why does it work?

Worry postponement (putting worry off until a set worry time) has a small but real effect on worry duration in a meta-analysis (2023). The effect is modest, but the tool is cheap and harmless.

Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
