Seven days of gratitude
A one-week challenge: every day, a small exercise in noticing what is good. Seven days, six ways to see what you usually walk past, and on the last day you return to the first.
How it works
One exercise, session or article per day for 7 days. You go at your own pace — the app remembers where you are, and you can pause and restart whenever you want.
Day by day
- 16 minExercise3 good thingsWrite down three things from the day that went well, and consider what made them possible. The brain is trained to notice what works.
- 28 minExerciseThe art of savoringGood moments often pass unnoticed. Here you learn to stay with them a little longer.
- 310 minExerciseJoy listList twenty things that bring you joy, keep the five simplest, and put one of them in your calendar already this week.
- 415 minExerciseIdentifying your strengthsFind the pattern in three times you succeeded at something, and see which ability actually carried you — then use it this week.
- 512 minExerciseMeaning journalCapture a small moment that felt meaningful, and see what made it so. Meaning grows in things you can repeat.
- 68 minSessionPresence in the momentA few minutes of pure presence: settle into what is already here.

Your own person
A week about independence: the art of belonging without disappearing. You measure where the steering wheel sits, check where the group chooses for you, sort out what is yours to carry in close relationships, take an adult step in the family's old dance and separate love from need, and give the other parts of yourself room beside work. On day seven you measure again.

The boundaries week
Seven days on boundaries, from work to the people you care about. You set a concrete rule for the workday, practice a friendly no and a hard message without blame, learn to leave on time without an excuse, find the line between supporting and taking over, and change steps in the old dance with your parents.
