The ObservatoryBefore the hard conversation
Land in your body and clarify what you want to say and what you are afraid of, before you go in
How it works
In a little while you are going into a conversation that feels hard. Before that: a few minutes for yourself, to go in more whole than split. Sit down if you can. You do not need to have the answers ready yet.
Session in 8 steps, about 8 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.
Try PremiumThe rest of the text and the exercise are part of Premium. You try everything for 7 days with no card, and can cancel whenever you like. Sign in if you already have an account.
Why does it work?
Slow breathing is linked to calm and less anxiety (Zaccaro m.fl. 2018). In negotiation studies, perspective-taking gave better and more mutual outcomes (Galinsky m.fl. 2008). The studies concern negotiations, not charged relationship conversations, and the session as a whole has not been tested.
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
