The ObservatoryThe first weeks after infidelity
A small plan for getting through the days: your body first, someone on your side, your questions written down and the big decisions postponed.

This is not an exercise in understanding or forgiving. It is for getting through the next few weeks. You can stop at any time.
Exercise in 5 steps, about 8 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

Why does it work?
The exercise builds on the first stage of the model for recovery after infidelity described by Gordon, Baucom & Snyder: the first period is about handling the shock and creating order in everyday life, before trying to understand or make decisions. The model was tested with six couples, most of whom were less distressed afterwards (Gordon, Baucom & Snyder 2004, Journal of Marital and Family Therapy 30(2), 213–231). The exercise itself has not been evaluated. It is support for getting through the days, not treatment.
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
