Meet your thoughts
Seven days with the most well-tested tools from CBT and ACT, for those who get stuck in their heads. You learn to name feelings, catch thinking traps, step a little back from difficult thoughts, talk to yourself with some distance, give worry a bounded place, and calm the body. On the last day you meet the feeling under the thoughts with warmth. Not to think less, but so that thoughts steer you less.
How it works
One exercise, session or article per day for 7 days. You go at your own pace — the app remembers where you are, and you can pause and restart whenever you want.

- 310 minExerciseThoughts are not factsInstead of fighting a painful thought — step one pace back and let it be a thought.
- 49 minExerciseTalk to yourself in the third personWhen the feeling boils — swap "I" for your name, and see how much clearer it becomes.
- 510 minExerciseWorry timeStop worrying a little all day long. Gather the worry into one fixed, limited stretch of time and sort it there.
