A home that is hard to keep in order is rarely a willpower problem. It is usually a design problem. A surface that takes too many steps to keep clean gets left alone, no matter how determined you are on a Monday.
Exercise in 3 steps, about 10 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

Why does it work?
The environment shapes behavior more than we like to think: an established principle in behavior design (for example B.J. Fogg's behavior model and Thaler & Sunstein's work on "choice architecture"). No study has tested this specific reset routine; it is a structured application of an accepted principle, not a proven program.
