The ObservatoryOne minute: clear one surface
A table, a bench, a corner. One minute is enough to make a single surface completely clear
How it works

Not the whole room. A single bounded surface: a desk, a kitchen counter, a bedside table. Something you can see is completely free when you are done.
Exercise in 2 steps, about 1 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

Why does it work?
Shrinking a task to an absurdly small, timed start lowers the threshold for beginning, the same principle as other short household habits. No study measures “the size of a surface” specifically, but the principle behind scaled-down steps and set if-then plans is well established (implementation intentions, Gollwitzer & Sheeran, 2006).
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
