This is not a compass for a single decision. It is a look back: which value actually guided you this week, whatever you had planned.
Tool in 4 steps, about 7 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

Why does it work?
Regularly checking whether your actions match your values ("valued living") is a central part of acceptance and commitment therapy, ACT (Hayes et al., 2006), and is linked to higher well-being. The format as a recurring weekly habit, rather than a one-off tool, has not been studied separately.
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
