Why does it work?
Structured self-reflection, not a validated instrument (Rosenberg's scale is the research standard). The signs build on classic markers of low self-worth and on the difference between stable and contingent self-esteem (Deci & Ryan; Kernis 2003). A sober background: raised self-esteem is a result of competence and relationships rather than a method (Baumeister m.fl. 2003).
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
