Why does it work?
Structured self-reflection, not a validated instrument. The needs for influence, competence and belonging come from self-determination theory (Deci & Ryan; meta-analysis Van den Broeck 2016), and the balance between demands and resources from the JD-R model (Bakker & Demerouti). Persistently unmanageable demands are a known risk factor for exhaustion.
