The ObservatorySetting the day down
A short, repeatable ritual that draws a clear line between the workday and the evening that follows
How it works
Without a clear line, the workday slips into the evening: an email you feel in the back of your head, a thought that keeps grinding. This moment is the line, set with a few simple, repeatable steps.
Session in 8 steps, about 6 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

Why does it work?
A concrete plan for unfinished tasks increased the ability to detach among those who otherwise find it hard (Smit 2016; Masicampo & Baumeister 2011). Interventions for detaching from work have a small to moderate effect (d = 0.36; Karabinski et al. 2021). A ritual is a habit, not a treatment.
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
