When it's urgent
Sometimes exercises aren't enough. Here are the routes to real help, kept in one place for the moments you need them.
This page is here for the times when things are really heavy, when no exercise in the world feels right, or when thoughts of not being able to go on show up. Such moments happen to more people than you would think. They can be gotten through, and they are nothing to carry alone.
If you are in immediate danger or have concrete thoughts of harming yourself: call 112 (the emergency number in Sweden) right away. That is exactly what the number is for, including this.
If you need someone to talk to now: Mind Självmordslinjen (Mind's suicide prevention line in Sweden) is open around the clock. Chat at mind.se or call 90101. Jourhavande medmänniska (a volunteer-run listening line) answers every night from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. at 08-702 16 80. You don't have to be in danger of dying to get in touch; it is enough that things are heavy.
If it is hard but not urgent: call 1177 (Sweden's healthcare advice line), and the nurse advice service will help you find the way forward. Or contact your health center and ask for an appointment for mental health. You have the right to seek help long before it has become unbearable.
Comdira is a tool for everyday life, not health care. Seeking real help when you need it is not failing at self-help. It is the most rational thing you can do, and the most compassionate.
If you're struggling right now, help is available around the clock. Call your local emergency number if a life is in danger, and look up the crisis lines where you live.
This box is here every time, whatever you answered — the app doesn't judge how you're doing.
