Why does it work?
Regularly observing your own well-being ("self-monitoring") is a form of self-observation that many people use to recognize their patterns. The effect of mood rating in particular has not been studied separately. Related support: tracking your progress toward a goal increases the chance of reaching it (Harkin et al., Psychological Bulletin 2016, meta-analysis).
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
