Positive feelings come in many kinds, and they do different things for us. Go through the last week and mark the ones you remember, even if they were small or brief.
Exercise in 3 steps, about 7 minutes. Doing it is part of Premium, which you try free for 7 days with no card. With Premium your answers are saved so you can pick up where you left off and look back at what you wrote.

Why does it work?
Fredrickson, 'The role of positive emotions in positive psychology: the broaden-and-build theory of positive emotions', American Psychologist 56(3), 218–226 (2001). The split into ten emotions that the exercise uses is a pedagogical simplification. Fredrickson & Losada's 'critical positivity ratio' (2005) has been discredited (Brown, Sokal & Friedman, American Psychologist 68(9), 801–813, 2013) and is not used here. The exercise is training in noticing and planning, not treatment.
Account, your first assessment with the hexagon and one new measurement every quarter are free. The rest is part of Premium: SEK 99 a month or SEK 699 a year, VAT included.
